Returning Players
- Select “Re-registering to play this season?”
- Type Gwawley Bay Football Club
- Click into your club page
- Sign in using the same email/password as last year
Forgot your password? Reset it here - Once signed in, you can register yourself and any linked family members.
New Players (Never Played Before)
- Select “New to Football”
- Choose your age group
- Select Gwawley Bay Football Club as your club
- Enter your suburb or postcode, select for your club and follow the prompts to login or Revised create an account
Coaches, Managers, Committee, Referees & Volunteers
- Type Gwawley Bay Football Club
- Select the club and log in using your existing PlayFootball login details or create an account
Important: If you need to update your name or date of birth, contact the club registrar

Age Group Registration Information
New & Returning MiniRoos Players
Register in the correct age group you are turning in 2026: e.g. born in 2018 select U8 (Mixed/Boys) or W8 (Girls Only)
New & Returning Junior Players
Register in the correct age group you are turning in 2026.
If you wish to play up a year, please email executive@gwawleybayfc.org.au to request.
Returning Senior Players
Register in your chosen age group you wish to play in 2026.
When prompted, please include your 2025 team name and coach to assist with team organisation. example: Team/Coach: AL05/GALLOWAY
New Senior Players
Register in your chosen age group you wish to play in 2026.
When prompted, list your previous club and team.
If new to the Sutherland Shire, type “NP”.
Photo Requirements
Mandatory for all players aged 10+
Players progressing to U10/W10 and above must upload a current passport-style photo.
Clear head & shoulders photo
No hats, no sunglasses
Plain background preferred
Please have this ready before starting registration.
Wearing Glasses?
All players, including Mini Roos, require approval. Contact executive@gwawleybayfc.org.au
Your uploaded photo should show you wearing your approved sports glasses.

New to SSFA – Proof of age and residency (Refer SSFA Rule Book)
If you have never played for an SSFA club, you must provide:
Acceptable Proof of Age:
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- Driver Licence (including digital)
Acceptable Proof of Residency: (currently residents of Sutherland Shire):
- Current Driver Licence (address unchanged)
- Bank statement or government document
Not accepted: tenancy agreements, phone or utility bills
Original documents must be sighted at our club’s registration days – see Facebook for dates.
Uniforms
Uniforms can be ordered at our in-person registration days, or by filling in this form.
2026 Registration Fees
**The Early Bird Discount will apply if registered and paid in full by midnight 31 January**
***Late Fees of $50 per registration apply from 23rd February for U12s and above***
Students: Please register as a Senior Player and email treasurer executive@gwawleybayfc.org.au with relevant ID/Student documents & bank details for a rebate to be issued upon GBFC approval.

Payments
- All registrations must be paid online. If you cannot pay online, please contact: executive@gwawleybayfc.org.au
- Active Kids Vouchers can be used – You must have a valid voucher code before payment. Apply here: Active Kids Voucher
- Early Bird Discount will apply if registered and paid in full by midnight 31st January
- Late Fees apply from 23rd February for U12s and above – register early!

Active Kids vouchers can be used towards registration for any school-aged children, but YOU MUST have a valid voucher code BEFORE proceeding with payment. Apply for an Active Kids voucher here

SEASON STARTS: Round 1 is on 28th/29th March 2026
UNIFORMS: Can be ordered at our in-person clubhouse registration day or here.
Sample sizes will be available to try on at the in-person registration days. We strongly recommend orders be placed by the end of February at the latest to ensure delivery is made before the start of the 2026 season. Uniforms will not be distributed until full payment is received.
