HOW TO REGISTER ONLINE

- Returning Players “Re-registering to play this season?”– type club name Gwawley Bay Football Club click on pop up box for your club and then claim your existing account by logging in with the same details you used last year. Once signed in, you can register yourself or your linked family members. If you have forgotten your password reset it here
- Players who have never played “New to Football” choose your age group and then type in your suburb (or club suburb) or postcode, choose the red pinpoint to find out more and follow the prompts that take you to create a participant account
- Coaches, Referees & Volunteers Re-registering – type club name, Gwawley Bay Football Club click on pop up box for your club and then claim your existing account by logging in with the same details you used last year.
If your name has changed or you’ve noticed an error in your date of birth you MUST contact your Club Registrar executive@gwawleybayfc.org.au NOT PlayFootball V2.0 support.
New Junior Players
Register into the age group that the player will be turning in 2025; If you have never played in the Sutherland Shire before type “NP” when prompted.
New Senior Players
Register to the applicable age group you would like to be in for 2025; When prompted, add your previous club and team name. If you have never played in the Sutherland Shire before, type “NP”.
Returning MiniRoos Players
Please choose the age group you will be playing in for 2025. e.g. born in 2017 select U8s (Boys/Mixed) or W8s (for all girl teams).
Returning Junior Players
Please choose the age group you will be playing in for 2025. This is particularly important for players who will be playing up a year* e.g. players born in 2011 will select U14s or W14.
* Selecting an age above your age group will not guarantee a place in that age group.
Returning Senior Players
Register to your applicable age group you would like to be in for 2025; When prompted add your 2024 team name/coach to the mandatory question as this helps your volunteers sort you into teams. e.g. Team/Coach – WSE/BELLAMY
Photos
Due to PlayFootball V2.0 Mandatory New Photos for ALL PLAYERS aged 10 and above, Male & Female Players progressing to U10/W10 and ALL NEW players who are playing in U10/W10 and ABOVE age groups, must upload a CURRENT passport style photo to their profile. No hats or glasses to be worn. (Please have this ready before you commence your registration)
PLAYERS NEW to the SSFA
Proof Of Age and Proof Of Residency
Please complete the on-line registration process. Any player new to an SSFA club will need to show proof of date of birth and proof of residency in the Sutherland Shire (see list below). These documents can be emailed to our registrar executive@gwawleybayfc.org.au

Then brought down in person at one of our club’s open days – visit GBFC Facebook for dates, times C latest information. The following list of documents is the only acceptable form of proof accepted:
Proof of Age:
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- Driver’s Licence (including digital Licences)
- NSW Photo Card issued by Service NSW
Proof of residency within the Sutherland Shire:
- Current driver’s license with address unaltered (including digital licenses)
- Current document from a financial institution or government agency (e.g., bank or council rates) Please note tenancy agreements, phone or utility bills will not be accepted
New Uniforms for 2025
Gwawley Bay FC is updating our uniform this year with a fresh new design, updated sponsors, and black shorts. All players will need to order a new uniform (jersey, shorts, and socks) before the end of February to ensure it arrives in time for the start of the season. Further details on sizing and the ordering process will be provided on Facebook, the Gwawley Bay website and in a future email.
- Returning Gwawley Bay players from 2024 can purchase their uniform for $40 (a $50 discount). New players can purchase the uniform for $90.

Students: Please register as a Senior Player and email treasurer executive@gwawleybayfc.org.au with relevant ID/Student documents & bank details for a rebate to be issued upon GBFC approval.

SEASON STARTS: Round 1 is on 29th/30th March 2025
UNIFORMS: Can be ordered at our in-person clubhouse registration day or using the following link. https://forms.gle/hY6xJZkEASY26msS7 . Sample sizes will be available to try on at the in-person registration days. We strongly recommend orders be placed by the end of February at the latest to ensure delivery is made before the start of the 2025 season. Uniforms will not be distributed until full payment is received.
